Labels for
Direct Hot Application

Heat Resistant Labels can be applied directly on to hot aluminum and steel products early in the production process. Products can be accurately identified and verified in down stream processes using barcode scanners.

How Direct Hot Application Works

Unique adhesives are heat activated by hot direct application up to 900℃

Specialty applicator tool is necessary for hot application.

Applications

Thermal transfer printers can be used with dedicated printers or integrated into existing production systems. Products can also be identified in the field using mobile printers. Include information such as weight, batch number, production date, or chemistry. Labels can include desired barcode symbology such as 1D, 2D, or QR codes. Improve product identification with the use of barcode scanners.
